Dior House of Pinks

5 Couleurs Dior Kingdom of Colours, House of Pinks

I Let me introduce you to the Dior Spring 2015 House of Pinks eye shadow Palette. I love this one, its my favourite of the Kingdom of Colours Collection. This palette consists of a bright pink, a chestnut brown, a aubergine, the palest shimmer and a soft dusty pink. These face charts were designed with either of my 2 favourite foundations in mind, Dior Air Flash and Dior Skin Star aswell as Dior Star Concealer and Dior Nude Skin Powder.  The brows were also filled in with some Dior Show Brow Styler as its universal it will suit everyone.

Dior House of Pinks for Brown Eyes

The trick to making brown eyes pop when using pink eye shadow is to contrast it with something dark, hence the Aubergine. The colours will play off each other and compliment the look so apply some of the bright pink all over the lids from lash line to just higher than the crease. Blend it well to get rid of any harsh edges. Next apply some of the Aubergine eye shadow along the lash line and blend it in not the brighter pink. Next run some Aubergine along the lower lash line. Apply some of the pale shimmer to the brow bones for lift. Next run your Dior Show Khol liner in black along the lower and upper water line, this will add intensity. Apply some Dior Lash Maximizer and some Dior Overcurl Mascara. Apply some Dior Cheek & Lip Glow or some Dior Rosy Glow to the cheeks and finish the look with you choice of Dior Cheek & Lip Glow or some Dior Crayon Contour Levres in Lili 688 and some Dior Rouge Baume in Palais 688.

Dior House of Pinks for Blue Eyes

This palette was made for blue and green eyes so you could pretty much do anything and it would look great. For this look apply some bright pink to the entire lid, apply some of the chestnut brown to the crease and outer corner and blend well. Next darken up the outer corner by applying some of the aubergine blending it will with the chestnut brown. Sweep some aubergine along the lower lash line and add some pale shimmer to the inner corner to give your eyes the wide awake look. Line the upper lash line with the Dior Art Pen, apply some Dior Lash Maximizer and a few coats for Dior Overcurl Mascara. Apply your choice of Dior Cheek & Lip Glow or some Dior Rosy Glow to the cheeks and finish he look with a combination of the Dior Addict Gloss 624 and the Dior Addict Gloss 154 to the center of the lips.

Dior House of Pinks for Hazel Eyes

'Hazel eyes girls can easily wear this palette too. This is a real user friendly look that can be worn easily to work. I started this look by applying some of the dusty pink shadow all over the lid then I applied some of the chestnut brown to the outer corner and the crease. Apply some pale shimmer to the brow bone for high light and lift. Line the eyes with some Diorshow Art Pen and follow with some Dior Lash Maximizer and Dior Overcurl Mascara. Now this is a little unconventional but I use the bright pink eye shadow from the House of Pinks palette as a blush and it looks gorgeous. Never be afraid to experiment with makeup. The lips are left pretty with some and topped with a little Dior Addict Gloss in 154

Dior House of Pinks for Green Eyes

This is a real on trend look but you don’t have to wear it this way if you are a little scared to be trendy, all you need to do is tone it done a little. Maybe not add so much pink or leave out the silver khol. The choices are yours and they are endless so have a play because you never know unless you try. To star this look I applied some chestnut brown to the lids leaving the inside corner bare. I blended the chestnut all the way up the past the crease. Taking some of the bright pink, apply it to the inside corner of each eye. Apply some chestnut brown along the lower lash line. Add some dimension to the eyes with a little of the Dior Show Khol Liner in Silver 039. Line the lower waterline with some Dior Show Khol liner black 099 and then some Dior Lash Maximizer and some Dior Overcurl Mascara. Lastly the lips are filled in with some Dior Crayone Contour Levres in Diorette 688, then a touch of Dior Rouge Baume in Palais 628. You can then add a little Dior Addict Gloss 624 for added shimmer and prettiness.
